I - Insist each job seeker has a backup plan and 3 job referrals.
P - Present new information and job leads clearly and concisely. Customize your information to the customer you are helping as much as possible.
S - Send follow-up emails or leave follow-up voicemails for candidates who seemed serious about following through on the leads you provided.
