Job Search Counseling TIPS

T - Take the time to talk about the customer's
previous jobs. What worked? What didn't? Use this insight to help determine which job opportunities are best to share with that customer.
I - Insist each job seeker has a backup plan and 3 job referrals.
P - Present new information and job leads clearly and concisely. Customize your information to the customer you are helping as much as possible.
S - Send follow-up emails or leave follow-up voicemails for candidates who seemed serious about following through on the leads you provided.
