The Gulf Coast Workforce Board uses the Houston-Galveston Area Council as its fiscal agent, and H-GAC periodically issues requests soliciting proposals for the Board's operating affiliate Workforce Solutions and for various Board or Workforce Solutions administrative services.

When H-GAC issues a request for the Board or Workforce Solutions, we will post a summary of the request here with a link to H-GAC's website where prospective bidders can find and access all materials for the request, including instructions on how and when to submit proposals.

Early education/childcare providers and schools or organizations providing education and training may apply at the Workforce Solutions Vendor Network section of this site

• Houston-Galveston Area Council

Bidders interested in requests from H-GAC itself may view those requests at H-GAC's Procurement Program site.

• Office Supplies, Administrative or Office Services
