Purpose
This Issuance provides guidance on posters required throughout the Workforce Solutions system.
Background
Various agencies including but not limited to the Department of Labor, Texas Workforce Commission, and Workforce Solutions, require workplace compliance posters to be displayed. We attempt to bring all these requirements together in one easy to access location. Please note that information may change on the original source site; this compilation is not intended to supersede any other requirements.
Summary
The following posters have been updated:
- Fair Labor Standards Act
- Child Labor Laws
- Video Relay Services
- Assistive Technology & Auxiliary Aids
- Employee Polygraph Protection Act
- Texas Payday Law
- Worker's Compensation Notice
- Ombudsman Program
- Worker Right to Know Notice
- Earned Income Tax Credit
- Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act
The following posters are new requirements:
- Braille WIOA EO is the Law notices at Greeter's station
- I Speak Cards at Greeter's station
- TWC Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law
- Report Fraud, Waste, or Abuse (Texas State Auditor's Office)
Action
Review the Required Posters PowerPoint and Checklists. Ensure the most recent version of each poster is available in the designated location(s) no later than close of business on October 17, 2018.
